SeqConverter 使用指南 (SeqConverter User Guide)

SeqConverter 是一款專為合成生物學與分子生物學設計的序列分析工具。 Sequence analysis toolkits for Synthetic Biology and Molecular Biology.

1. 基礎序列操作 (Basic Manipulation)

• Reverse (反向)： 5′→3′ 序列倒序。 Reverses sequence 5′→3′.

• Complement (互補)： 生成互補鏈 (A↔T, C↔G)。 Generates complementary strand.

• Reverse Complement (反向互補)： 生成反向互補序列（常用於引子設計與比對）。 Generates reverse complement (ideal for primer design and alignment).

2. 中心法則模擬 (Central Dogma Simulation)

• Transcribe (轉錄)： 一鍵將 DNA (T) 轉換為 mRNA (U)。 Converts DNA to mRNA (T→U).

• Translate (翻譯)： 將序列直接轉譯為蛋白質，並以紅色 () 標示終止密碼子與精確位置。 Translates sequence to proteins, highlighting stop codons  and their exact positions.

3. 開放閱讀框分析 (ORFs Analysis)

• 全方位掃描： 同步掃描正、反向共 6 個閱讀框，自動識別起始與終止密碼子。 Scans all 6 reading frames for start and stop codons.

• 精準與過濾： 自動換算反向鏈的原始位置，並預設過濾小於 30 nt 的無效短片段。 Accurately converts reverse strand coordinates and filters fragments <30 nt.

4. 限制酶切位分析 (Restriction Site Analysis)

• 切位標記： 搜尋並視覺化標記限制酶切點，提供精確的統計表格，並支援新增自訂義酶。 Finds and highlights restriction sites with detailed tables; supports custom enzymes.

5. 即時數據與安全 (Real-time Data & Security)

• 即時監控： 動態顯示長度與 GC 含量；輸入超過 30,000 nt 時主動警告以防瀏覽器卡死。 Real-time length and GC% tracking; issues a warning if the sequence >30,000 nt.

• 隱私保障： 完全於本地端運算，結果絕不上傳伺服器，請自行儲存。 100% local processing; data is NEVER uploaded to any servers.
