步驟 1:全域設定 (Step 1: Global Settings)
中文說明: 輸入溶液名稱(如:LB Broth)並設定目標體積(支援 μL, mL, L)。您也可以選擇性地輸入目標 pH 值,或在配製濃縮母液時填入濃縮倍數 (Stock X)。
English Instructions: Enter the Recipe Name (e.g., LB Broth) and set the Target Volume (μL, mL, or L). You can optionally enter the target pH, or specify a Stock Multiplier (Stock X) if you are preparing a concentrated stock solution.
步驟 2:新增化合物與選擇模式 (Step 2: Add Compounds & Select Modes)
點擊「+ 新增化合物」並輸入化學式(如 NaCl)。系統會自動計算分子量(MW)並帶入當量。接著,根據您的試劑類型勾選對應的模式:
Click "Add Compound" and enter the formula (e.g., NaCl). The tool auto-calculates the MW and sets the n-factor. Then, select the appropriate mode for your reagent:
標準模式 (Standard / Default):
中文說明: 適用於一般固體粉末,系統會計算出所需秤取的重量(g / mg)。
English Instructions: For standard solid powders. Calculates the required weight to scale (g / mg).
原廠原液 (Neat Reagent):
中文說明: 適用於原廠純液體試劑(如 HCl、H₂SO₄、乙醇、甲醇、DMSO、甘油等)。輸入密度與純度後,系統自動計算所需取用體積(mL)。
English Instructions: For pure liquid reagents (e.g., HCl, H₂SO₄, ethanol, methanol, DMSO, and glycerol). Enter the reagent density and purity to automatically calculate the required dispensing volume (mL).
自製母液 (Self-prepared Stock):
中文說明: 使用自製母液或純液體試劑(如 5M NaCl、純甘油、DMSO),輸入 Stock 濃度,系統將計算稀釋需取用的體積(mL)。
English Instructions: For self-prepared stocks or neat liquid reagents (e.g., 5M NaCl, pure glycerol, DMSO), enter stock concentration to calculate the required dilution volume (mL).
混合物 (Extract):
中文說明: 用於無特定分子量的複雜成分(如 Yeast Extract, Tryptone)。單位將自動切換為重量/體積濃度(如 g/L, % w/v),直接計算所需克數。
English Instructions: For complex mixtures with undefined MWs (e.g., Yeast Extract, Tryptone). Units auto-switch to weight/volume (e.g., g/L, % w/v) to calculate grams directly.
步驟 3:輸入濃度與計算 (Step 3: Enter Concentrations & Calculate)
中文說明: 針對每個成分設定目標濃度與單位(支援 M, mM, N, g/L, % w/v 等)。 ⚠️ 防呆機制: 若您使用當量濃度(N / mN),系統會嚴格要求確認當量因子 (n-factor) 才能計算,避免配錯酸鹼。 設定完成後,點擊「計算配方 (Calculate Recipe)」。系統會自動產出配方表,並在發現離子衝突時提供沉澱風險警告 (Precipitation Warnings)。
English Instructions: Set the Target Conc. and Unit for each component (supports M, mM, N, g/L, % w/v, etc.). ⚠️ Safety Check: If using Normality (N / mN), the system strictly requires the n-factor to prevent acid/base miscalculations. Click "Calculate Recipe". The tool will generate the recipe table and automatically issue Precipitation Warnings if incompatible ions are detected.
步驟 4:下載與匯出 (Step 4: Download & Export)
中文說明: 確認配方無誤後,點擊底部的「下載 PNG」或「下載 SVG」。生成的圖片排版整齊,非常適合直接貼入您的電子實驗筆記本或列印備查。
English Instructions: Once verified, click "Download PNG" or "Download SVG" at the bottom. The exported images are perfectly formatted for pasting into your Electronic Lab Notebook or for printing.
