• English Instructions： This tool is divided into two sections. Step 1: Enter the Oligo Amount (nmol) provided by the manufacturer and your Target Stock Conc. (µM) to calculate the required solvent volume (e.g., ddH₂O or TE Buffer). Step 2: Input your Current Stock, Target Working concentration, and Total Volume to determine the exact volumes of primer stock and diluent needed.
